Bought this back in January and have been using it for the intended purpose; to hold wine bottles. Now that almost six months have passed, the soft wood in the stop-spread blocks has compressed from the weight of the wine bottles. The rack openings are no longer square but are becoming elongated diamonds. Right now, the only thing keeping it from spreading out more is that the upper cross members of the rack are resting on the wine bottles. Makes it hard to slide a bottle out without lifting the top of the rack to relieve the pressure.
